If you didn't already know, Cheltenham and Gloucester are part of LloydsTSB.

They provide the usual range of deals including variable rate mortgages, fixed-rate mortgages, offset mortgages, tracker mortgages, first-time buyer mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, self-build mortgages and specialist mortgages.(eg overseas properties)

At the moment (November 2006) they have something call the "Easy Living" mortgage which has no fees - something quite rare currently. The mortgage has a permenant 1% discount off their standard variable rate, but very few people run mortgages on anyone's SVR these days. Fees on all of their other mortages are listed on their website but these are tucked away nicely, not easy to find and are quite complicated. Get some independent advice to help you through the maze.
